Post subject: Where are messages stored for failed publication instances?

When I run Query Builder and display all properties for the failed a publication there is no SI_STATUSINFO.Properties field that explains
the error.
This field is there on all regular failed Webi and Crystal reports

It will depend on the type of error. Most of the detail will be in the publication's log file. To get this, you have to re-query for children of the failed instance (ex., si_parentid = (failed instance id). This will have an si_files property pointing to the file in the FRS that contains the log.
