Quotation Mark in email address-can't schedule report

Hi all,

I have a user who has an email address in the form: Peter.O'Toole@someplace.com - the ' is messing up the BOBI Scheduler - What I get is the email bounced back from the email server saying it can't find the address Peter.O^Toole@someplace.com (the ^ being a space) - so it's stripped out the quotation and left a space instead. I've tried to replace the quote with %27 - but I think this would only work if it's a URL (like %20 is a space etc).

{edit: Forgot to mention - Using: SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 6}

Any ideas?
