Post subject: BI Launchpad issues with Win 10

Hello Folks,

I have recently upgraded my laptop from Win 2008 to Win 2010. My BI Launchpad opens up with empty Home and Document tabs. I have to logoff and log back in every time in order for me to execute any Reports.

We are on SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 5 Patch 5.

When tested in Win 2008 machines, our Launchpad works fine without any issues.

Please share your thoughts if you encounter similar issues?

Sp7 is the minimum service pack supported with Windows 10.

We are seeing the same issue in some cases but not all with 4.1 SP10. Any thoughts?
