Check the BO service account has write permissions to the FTP.

Thanks Mak. BO 4.0 Doesn't support Secure FTP. Also, there was rights issue on BI LaunchPad for related user.

Thanks for your inputs.

As far as I'm aware not directly supported. In fact theres a SAP idea here:-

https://na5.brightidea.com/CT/ct_list.bix?c=BB5523E4-062F-4420-B35F-0B1F0D4769A9&tab=1&status_tab=&cat_id=12840A37-64AF-4227-81EA-86581495BBF9

Theres a post here with a possible workaround:-

You have set the BO server account to be a domain account and it has read / write permissions to that FTP, correct?

Have you configured the relvant job servers for FTP as a destination?

Yes I have set the BO server account as a domain account and it has read / write permissions to that FTP.

Yes, configured the relevant job servers for FTP as a destination.

File is generating in Destination, but with 0 B.

Maybe this SAP note will help, you need an "S" log in:-
