[Deski (XI)] URL Link in Report - Open in new Tab or Window

I have a Hyperlink in a Desktop Report that will be accessed via InfoView. When the user clicks on the link, the InfoView integrated report window is replaced with the web site coded in the Hyperlink cell.

Is there a way to code the cell with the Hyperlink to open in a new tab in the same IE session or a new IE Window? Or set-up an object that references the URL?

Cell formula:
=Hyperlink("http://www.test.com/.../default.aspx" ,"Displayed URL Name")

Using BO XI3 SP2
