why my deski report is hanging? actually there is not much data.

taking more time in deski and infoview also.

We have used prompt on account number, object.

version:BOXI3.1 Sp3

Actually a similar issue ahppens here now...
Data is being processed, deski opens, but no report...
When I try to close the enveloping application an error pops up sayig that the report is still running, but I only see the grey background...
any ideas?
