Hi
we receive the following intermittent error when connecting to the Financial Consolidation Cube Designer. We use version 10.0.0.333
Quote: | Financial Consolidation Logon failed with the following error code: Unknown error when opening existing solution |
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,

hi
yes we did but I do not remember exactly the resolution - sorry
2 areas to investigate:
- one was to do with the level of access
- the second was to do with multiple developers using the same userid to edit the same solution at the same time
Please don't be like me and post the resolution once you get it

Hi Nicolas,
thanks for the quick response and greetings to down under!
The access level shouldn't be an issue: the user has Admin rights in BOE. Actually the login worked a few days ago, but then we patched BOFC with SP8 Patch 3 and it failed afterwards.
And we only have a single user accessing the system as we are installing and testing.
Do you have any more ideas?
Thanks & regards,
B. |
