(when do you access the BOXI system you have to logon there)

Do you try this on boxi server or client (workstation)?
if workstation - are you able to reach the server:port for CMS and input+output FRS?

and try to find some log for more clues.

Of course I use Administrator....
But this is not the issue, as I can connect to the BO server.

The error message occurs when selecting a biar file as destination.

if you add to the Import Wizzard shortcut the param -trace
e.g: "c:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86\ImportWiz.exe" -trace
then in
C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\logging
you should get file:
ImportWiz_<some nubers_date_time>_trace.log

is there anything usefull / more details?

Doesn't see any sensfull. Only error is a W95 error icon_confused.gif??
