Post subject: Date Value in WEB I based on User Region in XI 3.1 SP 3

Hi,
We have an issue with date values selected in WEB I calender for Europe users.

For Example: When Americas users select February 28th 2011 on WEB I calender, it is passing right date format into SQL. When Europe users select same date on WEB I calender, it is giving error as it is passing 28 to month.

Is there any setting on the server that can be updated so that it passes the right format into SQL regardless of user region?

We are on version XI 3.1 SP 3.

Thanks

Best Regards,
Ravi

I have see the same issue with the Mexico and Bogota region. The calendar control will format the date incorrectly in the DHTML version on the prompt frame. This then cause the SQL to throw an error. My workaround was to type the date / time into the prompt filed using the correct format.

I opened an SAP note on the issue and they stated that it would be fixed in SP3 FP 3.5 . I never had a chance to test it again, but you might try applying FP 3.6 to see if they every updated the code.
