Post subject: Setting Multiple Domain SSO in BO XI 3.1 SP5

Dear all,
I'm facing an issue with multiple domain in BO XI 3.1 SP5.
Here is the story so far:
My client having 2 domain, let's say A.INTRANET.ASIA and B.INTRANET.ASIA.
B.INTRANET.ASIA is a new domain that added nowadays. Now, user that already using new domain (B.INTRANET.ASIA) can not login with error "Active Directory Authentication Failed to Log You On.. (FWM 00006)".

I've tried to resolve this issue, but still facing a wall until now.
Here are some point that I have tried and information I gathered:
a. Version of Windows AD : Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 x64bit
b. Domain A and B are child domains in INTRANET.ASIA. They both trust each other and in the same forest.
c. In CMC:
- Add AD Group has been done
- Group User in B.INTRANET.ASIA has been registered in Users and Groups
d. Kerberos setting (krb5.ini) already done. When I tested using kinit using user in B.INTRANET.ASIA, I already got the ticket.
e. INTRANET.ASIA itself has 3 DC.

Any help/link/suggestion would be appreciated icon_biggrin.gif

Thanx
