Hi all
we need new install of XIR3.1 and migrated XIR2 to this new R3 environment
i want to create some optional prompts
in the edit query panel of webi
i added an object and checked the prompt
trying to click the little button next to prompt to see the prompt properties window
window is not showing up and i waited for almost 30 mins i know it wont take that long. and cursor shows busy symbol... any suggestions guys?
this window is working in rich client.  |

Java issue? Check your JRE version and use the one which is appropriate. _________________ Search is your friend.

Jansi is right, this is indeed a Java Issue. Happened to me lately.
please do check your Java version and refer to the Supported Flatform documentation of your BO Release.

We are running 1.6 and I am having same issue. Which version are you running?

Hi,
Best way to fix this is uninstall your current jre and let webi install the built-in java installation.

| Just tried several versions and latest JRE that works for me is 1.6.0.11. |
