Post subject: navigating within reports in BO6.5

I have a summary and a detail reports in my document.

I want the user to be able to click on the summary and be taken to the relevant part of the details report (all within the same document).

Is this possible in BO Reporter 6.5? Could macros play a role? Is there an equivalent of opendoc with this version of Reporter and the 6.5 enterprise platform.

many thanks

A sectioned report based on the dimension(s) used in summary report should create links in the "Map tab of report manager panel
Then clicking on each link of a dimension will you take to the detail blocks of master/detail report

to make sure I am understanding correctly

1. create summary table on 1st report page
2. create detail table on 2nd report page sectioned by the main dimension used in the summary table
3. because it is sectioned the map tab will automatically show me the values of the sections in the 2nd report and these will be links to that point in the second report
4. however there is no way to link direct from a dimension value in the first report to the relevant section in the second report?

please could you let me know if I have the situation correct?

thanks
