Live Office Issue

Hi,

I have BOXIR3.1 SP3 on my system and when I try to use Live Office on Excel or MS Power Point it throws me an error

"The request failed with HTTP status 407: Proxy Authentication Required".
Live Office Version is: 12.3.0.601
MS Power Point version: 2003 SP3.

I also you a proxy seetings in the internet option under LAN Connections:
http://pac.intranet.point/config/th/thproxy.pac.
Whenever I uncheck the box of proxy settings Live Office connects to the server

Please let me know if any one has faced this issue before.
