Hi lskuo,

If I understood correctly,
Apply break on date column, or create section on Date column.

change the format of date into yyyymm format by using properties or by creating a variable with FormatDate().

Regards,
Pradeep.

HI,

do i have to create a variable to do this? i created a new column and put this and didn't work

=FormatDate([Po Entr Date];"yyyymm") the result was 201000 for all columns (most dates were from 2010 but different months)

Iskuo,

Use =FormatDate([Po Entr Date];"yyyyM") instead of "yyyymm" - uppercase M is for months, lowercase mm is for minutes. If you want a leading zero in months 1-9 (i.e. 01-09) use Mm instead of M.
