| Did you log onto the server with the server with the same ID that is running your crystal services? I'm not sure if it matters in your case. |

Are these Windows SERVERS...?
Are you setting-up the ODBC config on each SEREVR as SYSTEM DSNs rather than a USER DSN...?
Are the Network Accounts that all of the BOE services are running-under able to access the UNC or IP network-paths for the Database connection (ie. Don't use LOCAL ACCOUNT)...? _________________ Senior Business Intelligence Consultant

Yes, i logged in with the same ID (administrator)

Correct, windows 2003 servers.
All DSN are system DSN. All BO-services use the Administrator domain account instead of the local system account. |
