Reports refresh fails in Infoview but works in CR client

Did you log onto the server with the server with the same ID that is running your crystal services? I'm not sure if it matters in your case.

Are these Windows SERVERS...?

Are you setting-up the ODBC config on each SEREVR as SYSTEM DSNs rather than a USER DSN...?

Are the Network Accounts that all of the BOE services are running-under able to access the UNC or IP network-paths for the Database connection (ie. Don't use LOCAL ACCOUNT)...?

Yes, i logged in with the same ID (administrator)

Correct, windows 2003 servers.

All DSN are system DSN. All BO-services use the Administrator domain account instead of the local system account.
