Schedule webi report BOXI3.1 only if condition(STATUS = I )

Hello friends I have a requirement to Schedule the webi report BOXI3.1
every month only if one of the field " Completion Status " in report have a value = Incomplete .

If the field " Completion Status " in report does not have a value = Incomplete for selected user prompts then do not schedule the report.

Please suggest the steps how can i create such an even object in BOXI
