Post subject: Make report header start from second page

I cannot find a parameter that will allow the report header (or footer) start from the second page. Is it possible at all? How?

Hi,
Welcome to Bicon_mrgreen.gifb,

In the header pr the footer you can write one condition on the cell where the header / footer is displayed as

=If(Page() >=1;"Header or the footer text ";"")
This should display the header or the footer from the second page onwards.

Thanks Omkar, logically this should be ok, but it does not work with me.

(1)
if I write as you suggest:
=If(Page()>=1;"Page: "+Page()+"/"+NumberOfPages();"")
the page number is still being shown on every page.

if I write;
=If(Page()>1;"Page: "+Page()+"/"+NumberOfPages();"")
the page number is shown on none of the pages.
the same result if:
=If(Page()=>2;"Page: "+Page()+"/"+NumberOfPages();"")
it seems that the function Page() in the condition always returns 1

(2) second related question
I use background image to print the logo in the header, but they want it on the first page only. Is there a way this to be implemented?

Try this
Code:
= If Page()=1 Then "C:\images\company_logo.bmp" Else ""

.

This one i also cannot make work:

boimg://= If Page()=1 Then "auditingBOBJLogo.png" else " "

if I try like this:
= If Page()=1 Then "boimg://auditingBOBJLogo.png" else " "

then it automatically puts boimg:// in front and it is immediately transformed to:
boimg://= If Page()=1 Then "boimg://auditingBOBJLogo.png" else " "

None of these works. The logo disappears in all cases - on all 5 pages. crazy.gif

I had given earlier syntax for full client report
Try this WebI syntax
Code:
=If(Page()=1;"boimg://company_logo.JPG";"")

Set the 'read cell content' as 'Image url' from properties of the cell.
And ensure that the logo file is present in images directory of server.

Thanks!!! This one works for the image. It is only on the first page.
But if for example I try the same for the page number ...

=If(Page()=1;"?";"Page: "+Page()+"/"+NumberOfPages())

it puts question mark on each of the 5 pages.

Have no idea what's going on banghead.gif
HELP PLEASE!!!

it seems that anything different from the one above with two page() functions in the formula works correctly.

For example this prints everything as expected
"REPORT page 1" on first page
"REPORT page >1" on next pages
=If(Page()=1;"REPORT page 1";"REPORT page >1")
