Hi,
Which verion of BO are you using?
You will be able to get this information from Auditing system activity.
You can download product PDF guides on auditing setup, administration and reporting (for BOXI and 6.5) from the BO support site.

Hi,
Yes, the guides will explain how to setup up the system to audit that kind of activity and will provide you with information on how to access the relevant parts of the auditing database.
Here is some info specific to 6.5...
In BO Enterprise 6.5 Auditing of system activity (and for Impact Analysis) is freely available. You can setup and configure Audit logging through the Admin Console.
The System Administrators guide explains how to configure audit logging and gives a goods explanation of auditable events and the audit database schema. The database schema info gives you enough information to build universe(s) o ntop of the audit database for reporting.
You can download BO 6.5 product guides from BO Tech Support site here:
http://support.businessobjects.com/documentation/product_guides/default.asp
Also, in 6.5 there is a packaged application called Auditor. This provides a (Java) web application that hosts a series of pre-defined audit reports. You also get access to universes sitting on top of the audit database.
However, Auditor is an add on to BO 6.5 Enterprise and requires an additional (paid) license.
The Auditor guide (downloadable from the link above) explains how to configure and use the packaged applciation, universes and reports.
But, as previously mentioned, if you do not have an Auditor license, the product guides will give you enough info to create your own audit universe and reports.
I hope this helps.
