My BO server is having named license. when 5 people concurrently accessing reports I am getting above exception. Could you please help in getting solution.

We are using also BOXI-R2 and in one cluster appeared this problem also. I just found outside here the solution to increase Web_IntelligenceJobServer and Web_IntelligenceReportServer, which are like a workarround, after my opinion.
Did you get any solution from sb else for your described problem ?

We had similar error message in our environment and we increased the maximum number of simultaneous connections in Webi Report server settings by 10 and resolve it. We haven't seen the error message coming up again.
