Post subject: Variables - One date/multiple notes

Good afternoon,

I am a newbie to this site, so please bear with me icon_smile.gif

I am trying to create a variable to return multiple notes from a single date per client. For simplicity:

Client 1
Date | Note ID | Note Type
10-JUN-20 | 100 | Email

Client 2
Date | Note ID | Note Type
12-JUN-20 | 101 | Office Visit
12-JUN-20 | 102 | Telephone Call

Client 1 data comes back ok, but Client 2 returns MULTIVALUES for the Note Type. I've tried Max and Match but having no success.

Any guidance or advice greatly appreciated.

Kind regards
Gillian

Hi Gillian,

can you tell us what your expected output would look like?
