Post subject: BOBJ6.5 with Dual Screens

I have a laptop with dual monitors at work. When I am at home, I just use the laptop screen. The issue is, that if I have the query panel open on the 2nd monitor at work, BO tries to open it on the non existent 2nd monitor when I am at home. Then I am unable to do anything, and have to CTRL_ALT_DEL out of BO. Has anyone else come across this?

Yes, I experienced the same.

The only solution I used was, when working with only 1 screen (laptop), to hit Alt+Space then M and then use arrows to move the window opened in non-existing screen back to my screen. icon_rolleyes.gif

Thanks very much. Will try it later on, when I am only using my lappy.

An oldie but a goodie. Thank you - saved me hours of frustration while working at home on my single screen when I have a dual screen at work. Not in 6.5, I hasten to add....

Can this be stuffed in a FAQ or sticky somewhere? Or is it already?
