Post subject: Customize data based on excel spread sheet

I have a scheduled report and the report is sent to multiple users. I am trying to customize the data in the report based on users that is in another spread sheet.

there is a column in the report called type and the user 1 should get data when type = A and user 2 gets data when type = B.

type exist in the main report and type and user id exist in the excel spread sheet.

You can do this with publications and dynamic recipients

On topic,

create a report based on your spreadsheet
this should contain columns with a user id that matches your filter column (eg A, B)
a user name column and user email field column
create a publication using the report you want filtering
use the report your created as the filter under dynamic recipients (the one created from your spreadsheet)
link the user id field to the type field under personalization
schedule this publication as required
