BO and SAP.

Ooo, the "new thesarus" link has a cool visualization (mind mapping is where I've seen it before) tool. You may have to click a link to get it to show the new one. The data links are not reciprocal though. Clicking "fool" does not show a link back to "sap". They need a data curator!

Hello Mark and katullus

That is almost word for word what I have said to various people over the years since SAP bought BO.

I am a data side person, not a pretty pictures person, but even I can see that the SAP visualisation offerings have been inferior to the newcomers in the market.

The only places I see that are still doing significant BO deployments are large SAP ERP customers, and there are a few of those. SAP has been pushing BO into its wider customer base for a while now

Fortunately like Rich and anorak my position is now that when the work dries up, I retire.

Rich can't afford to retire yet; his girlfriend is too expensive. icon_biggrin.gif
