Unicode error while importing BO transport files in SAP BW

Post subject: Unicode error while importing BO transport files in SAP BW
Hello All,
I want someone to through some light on the unicode issue facing by the basis person when he tries to import the Business Objects 4.2 transport files(K900187.R22 , K900187.R22) on SAP BW (Version : SAP Netweaver BI 7.0 - screen shot enclosed).

I'm wondering why the transport files that comes with Business Objects 4.2 version are not compatible with SAP BW ? Ther might be some other way to fix which I'm not able find it..So please help me.

Enclosed the SAP BW error screen shots as well for reference.
